THU – PENRITH v BULLDOGS (CommBank)
The Bulldogs have only played three top eight teams this season (based on ladder position at the time of game not current position) and their record is W2 L1. Penrith’s record is W3 D1 L3.
Penrith have lost all three Thursday games this season, all three have been away games, and the run extends into 2024 for a fourth loss. Bulldogs are also winless from their two Thursday games in 2025, both against Qld sides – one at home.
It’s a win each for H2H on a Thursday.
Penrith have won seven straight v Bulldogs.
The H2H is 2-1 to Penrith for games at CommBank Stadium.

FRI – MANLY v WESTS TIGERS
Wests Tigers won the most recent game v Manly.
Manly have won the three most recent games at Brookvale v Wests Tigers, and average 45 points a game in that run.
Manly are also W6 L1 v Wests Tigers at Brookvale on a Friday. They have also won four of their last five at Brookvale v Sydney teams.
Wests Tigers have lost 12 games in a row on a Friday.
It’s also nine losses in a row away on a Friday for the Wests Tigers with a last win in July 2019.
And it’s six losses in a row away on a Friday to Sydney teams with a last win in March 2017.
FRI – NEWCASTLE v CANBERRA
Newcastle haven’t lost a first half since being booed off their ground at half time v Manly.
Newcastle have won four of their last five v Canberra.
Canberra have won all three games v Newcastle on a Friday, but all three of those games were in Canberra.
Canberra have won six straight games away from home.
Canberra have also won six straight games v Sydney/NSW teams on a Friday.
Newcastle have lost four straight games on a Friday.
SAT – BRISBANE v WAHS
Warriors are on a two game winning streak v Broncos.
Broncos are on a two game winning streak v Warriors at Suncorp Stadium.
Broncos have won five in a row at home on a Saturday v non-Sydney teams.
Warriors have won four in a row away from home on a Saturday.
Warriors have also won four in a row away on any day.
Warriors have won all three games so far this season v Qld opposition.
SAT – ST GEORGE ILLAWARRA v PARRAMATTA @ WIN Stadium
Parramatta have won four straight v Dragons and 13 of their last 16.
Parramatta have won five straight v Dragons on a Saturday.
Dragons have won four of their last five v Parramatta at WIN Stadium.
Dragons have won one of their last nine games on a Saturday. And one from their last five at Win Stadium on a Saturday.
Parramatta have lost four in a row away on a Saturday.
SAT – DOLPHINS v RABBITOHS
Dolphins have a decent W7 L2 record v Sydney teams at Suncorp Stadium.
They are 2/2 v Sydney teams at Suncorp Stadium this season as the home side.
South Sydney have won seven in a row on a Saturday away to Queensland teams. Worth noting that only includes the Titans and Cowboys in that run.
However Souths have lost their last four Saturday games. The Rabbitohs’ Saturday win rate of 20% is the second lowest in the comp, behind the Dragons.
The Dolphins are averaging 44.5 points per game during the Origin period, the next best is Melbourne on 30.3 points per game.
SUN – MELBOURNE v CRONULLA
Melbourne have won six of their last seven games v Cronulla at home. But only 4/8 on a Sunday and just one of their last three v Sharks on a Sunday at home.
Melbourne have won all four home games this season v Sydney teams.
Cronulla are W2 L3 on a Sunday this season.
Interestingly, the Sharks last seven games on a Sunday have all been away.
SUN – GOLD COAST v NORTH QUEENSLAND
Gold Coast have won four of their last five v North Queensland at home.
Gold Coast have won their last four games at home to the Cowboys on a Sunday, and lead the all-time H2H record v Cowboys on a Sunday 5-1.
Gold Coast have lost all three games v Queensland teams this season.
North Queensland have won just one of their last six games v Queensland teams. Their only win was against the Gold Coast.
North Queensland have lost their last three games by a combined 26-138.
