Need a reason to pick one team over another, or just have a stat ready to impress friends and family, either way you are welcome to our favourite stats of the current gameweek.
NEW v TOT – Spurs have won three games in a row for this fixture on a Saturday, with the last Saturday game taking place in 2019.
NFO v WOL – The last two games between Nottingham Forest and Wolves have ended 1-1.
BRE v SHU – Sheffield Utd are unbeaten in their last six games v Brentford across three divisions (W4 D2).
BUR v BHA – Brighton (W6 D6 L1) have lost just once to bottom six teams (at time of game) this season.
BUR v BHA – Brighton have lost just one of their last eight trips to Burnley (W3 D4 L1).
BUR v BHA – Six of the last ten games between Burnley and Brighton on a Saturday have ended in a draw.

WHU v FUL – West Ham have won four games in a row at home to Fulham and are unbeaten in their last 10 games v Fulham at home (W7 D3). They have scored three goals in all of those four recent consecutive wins. West Ham are also unbeaten in three home games on a Sunday v Fulham (W2 D1).
ARS v AVL – Arsenal have home six straight home games v Aston Villa and scored 21 goals in the process. This includes four home wins in a row on a Sunday scoring 15 goals.
CHE v EVE – Chelsea have played the most Monday games this season so far (4) and are currently one of just two sides unbeaten on a Sunday who have played more than once.

If the above wasn’t enough, here’s a few season stats that caught our eye this week.
- Everton are third equal for clean sheets this season and have as many clean sheets as Manchester City and Newcastle.
- All of Tottenham’s (9) and Newcastle’s (4) games on a Sunday have seen Over 2.5 goals.
- Two of the three promoted sides are the two worst sides for average points achieved against promoted sides. Burnley are the odd team out as they have two wins and a draw.
- Only two teams are unbeaten v big six opposition this season – Arsenal and Spurs. Every other team has lost at least one game. Burnley have lost all eight v big six opposition.
- Only three teams are unbeaten v London sides at home this season – Liverpool (W4 L1), Man City (W1 D3) and Newcastle (W6 D1)
- Only Liverpool and Man City are unbeaten at home this season.
