2026 NRL Round 13 Bets & Best Bets
Here is our one betting special for every game this weekend.
Odds courtesy of Sportsbet and correct at time of use.
FRIDAY 8PM – CRONULLA v MANLY
Best Bet: Cronulla to win @ $1.85
Manly are riding a Fozball revolution, but they are missing their Origin players Haumole Olakau’atu and Tolutau Koula. On the flip side Cronulla have a great record v Manly winning six of the last seven, and Sharks Park record on a Friday of nine wins in a row is plenty handy.
SATURDAY 3PM – NEWCASTLE v PARRAMATTA
Best Bet: Under 53.5 Points @ $1.90
It might seem illogical to bet on the unders given Newcastle’s recent form, especially given the last match between these sides saw 72 – 66 pf them were Parramatta’s. But Newcastle are averaging more points away than at home this season (31 v 25) and in the Knights run of four losses in their last five home games, they scored six points or less four times. Eight of the last nine games in Newcastle between the sides were under 53.5 and some well under. We’ll just overlook the 80 points Newcastle scored against the Rabbitohs last home game.
SATURDAY 5:30PM – WESTS TIGERS v BULLDOGS @ Olympic Stadium
Best Bet: Under 48.5 Points @ $1.90
Wests Tigers are averaging 14.3 point in their last three games, Bulldogs are averaging 18.5 this season. 10 of the last 12 games between the sides were under 48.5 points. The last five games between these sides at the Olympic Stadium average 29 points.
SATURDAY 7:35PM – MELBOURNE v ROOSTERS
Best Bet: Roosters to win @ $1.72
It’s hard to imagine that the Storm have ever been $2.13 at home to anyone. Especially against a team who they have a great record against – they have beaten the Roosters in seven of the last eight games. The problem is the Roosters won the last game between them, 40-10 and the Storm have been terrible for a large chunk of the season. The Storm do have a 100% Origin period record over the last two seasons, but again they have been terrible for a large chunk of the season. One big stat against the Storm is Melbourne have won just four of their last 14 games at home on a Saturday to Sydney teams, so that combined with form means tipping the Roosters.
SUNDAY 2PM – BRISBANE v ST GEORGE ILLAWARRA
Best Bet: Pick Your Own Line +12.5 start @ $2.84
Tempted by the $6.50 for a Dragons win, as the Broncos are coming off the bye and two poor losses before that against Manly and the Warriors. But given the Dragons haven’t won a game since August 2025, it’s hard to pick them to win. So we chickened out but at least went adventurous on the points start of +12.5 rather than the official +17.5. Dragons aren’t losing too badly, and Broncos have been lately. The Dragons might not be winning, but they do have a good recent record v Broncos – Dragons have won eight of their last ten v Brisbane
and the Dragons have won five of their last seven v Brisbane at Suncorp Stadium. Maybe we should go for the $6.50 after all.
SUNDAY 4:05PM – CANBERRA v NORTH QUEENSLAND
Best Bet: North Queensland to win @ $2.15
Lots of stats going against the Raiders here and have two of their best recovering from Origin. Cowboys have won seven straight v Canberra at all grounds and have won the last three in Canberra. Lots of teams are winning in Canberra lately, the Raiders have lost six of their last seven home games. Cowboys have won eight of their last ten this season which helps too.
SUNDAY 6:15PM – PENRITH v WARRIORS
Best Bet: Penrith to Win 1-12 @ $3.00
Just the three losses between these teams this season, so we’re sure it will be close. And who wouldn’t want to tips a Wahs win. Problems is, stats are on Penrith’s side. Penrith have won 10 of the last 11 v Warriors. Penrith have won 10 of the last 11 v Warriors at home. Penrith have won 15 of their last 16 games on a Sunday. Penrith have won 15 of their last 16 games on a Sunday at home. So how about a small 1-12 win then for value?
