A new rugby league game show will begin on Fox League soon.
Called Back in My Day, the game pits three footy fans from different decades (from the early 1900s to the 2020s) as they present a five-minute argument about why footy was better back in “their day”.
The contestant who convinces the judging panel (made up of Fox League ex-players and presenters) enters a 20 question round with questions from their era. If they answer 15 questions correctly, they win a free season membership for the favourite NRL team. If they already have a season membership, they will receive a $500 to the favourite team’s online shop.
The host Luke Keary said it’s going to be a fun trip down memory lane, “We’re going to hear some great stories and some great arguments as to which decade was the best for rugby league. It’ll be a must watch 30 minutes every week!”
