Just three rounds to go and so little to decide, we almost considered giving ourselves an early mark from this season of misery (as an Ipswich fan) but someone, somewhere out there might miss our tips ‘n’ stats. Talking of kidding ourselves, our Premier League Predictions Week 36 may also provide our first 10/10 for the season too.

Brighton are unbeaten in six games v Wolves (DDWWWW). Brighton have won three in a row at Wolves and outscored them 10-3. Brighton are unbeaten on a Saturday at Wolves for their last eight games. Wolves last at home to Brighton in 2006.
FUL v EVE
Fulham are unbeaten in six games v Everton (DDWWDW). The last two games at Fulham have ended 0-0. Fulham are unbeaten in their last ten games v Everton at home on a Saturday, with Everton last winning there on a Saturday in 1966. Everton’s record away to London clubs this season is W1 D3 L2.
IPS v BRE
Brentford are unbeaten in their last four games v Ipswich (W3 D1). Ipswich however have only lost once at home to Brentford (W4 D5 L1). But Ipswich have only won twice in 12 games v Brentford on a Saturday anywhere (W2 D5 L5). Brentford have a 100% record v promoted sides in 2024-25, so do five other teams, all of which are in the top six. Brentford have scored 20 goals v promoted clubs this season, which is the highest total of any side.

Southampton still need one more point to not have the equal lowest points tally in a Premier League season. Man City are unbeaten in seven games v Southampton (W5 D2). And had a run of eight unbeaten before Southampton’s last win over Man City during lockdown fixtures in 2020. Man City are unbeaten in 11 Saturday games v Southampton. Man City have a 100% record v promoted clubs, and Ipswich have scored the only goal against them. Southampton are 10 losses from 10 games v big six clubs this season.
BOU v AVL
Bournemouth have lost only once in their last six games on a Saturday to Aston Villa (W4 D1 L1). Aston Villa’s record against their fellow middle eight teams is W8 D3 L2 while Bournemouth’s record is W4 D4 L5.
NEW v CHE
Newcastle have won the last two games at home to Chelsea. Newcastle have lost three of their last 11 at home to Chelsea (W7 D1 L3). Chelsea have only won two of ten games in Newcastle on a Sunday (W2 D3 L5). Newcastle’s record against the current topo six is W3 D2 L3. Chelsea’s record is W2 D2 L4.
NFO v LEI
Nottingham Forest are 5/5 against promoted sides this season. Leicester have lost all 11 games so far against the current top six. Nottingham Forest have won 7/8 on a Sunday v Leicester (with one loss).
