All of a sudden with Everton finding goals and form this game is a lot more interesting than it would have been a month ago. Big Sam does what he does best, turning struggling sides into safe midfield teams. And there’s nothing he likes more than annoying the European managers of the big 6. Could be a chance of an upset.
ARSENAL v LIVERPOOL
A real Christmas treat with a game for Australians nice and early on a Saturday morning, something to watch on the lounge as you snooze off the standard drinks of the Friday night before. After Liverpool thrashed Arsenal 4-0 in Liverpool earlier in the season, can Arsenal return the favour, and will the Liverpool that tore Bournemouth apart last weekend turn up in London.
NEXT MANAGER SACKED
Last week’s question of whether it would be Swansea or Stoke’s manager to be next one sacked has been answered, with Paul Clement being shown the door at Swansea. No doubt Stoke will be the next if they don’t win this weekend.

We determine tips based on some ridiculous premise or statistic, and we then see if arse truly does beat class.

With the EPL Matchday 19 Predictions being just before the big Christmas delivery night featuring the Red Man and the Red Nose, what better pretext than to base our opponent tips on the distance from each side to the North Pole.
For this exercise we say the closer to the North Pole and the big man in the red suit the better. As it means the earlier they get their presents.
It means as a rule that northern teams are favoured over southern teams, but London gets plenty of advantage in most other things.
